Step 1: Send Your MAC Address
To start the setup process, you’ll need to provide your device’s MAC address. Here’s how to find and share it:
- Locate Your MAC Address:
- Power on your MAG device and head to Settings > About. Here, you’ll see the MAC address, a unique identifier for your device. Alternatively, you can take a photo of the back of your device where the MAC address is usually printed.
- The MAC address format is: 00:1A:79:00:00:A1
- Send Us Your Information:
- Email or WhatsApp your MAC address along with your order ID.
- Don’t forget to mention your device type (e.g., MAG, Formuler, TVIP box).
Once we receive your MAC address, we’ll provide you with the portal URL required to configure your device.
Step 2: Configure Your Device
After obtaining the portal URL from us, you can proceed with the device setup. Follow these steps:
- Access System Settings:
- On your device, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
- Enter the Portal URL:
- Under Portal URL, input the URL we sent you. Ensure it’s entered exactly as provided to avoid errors. Portal Name can be anything you prefer.
- Press OK to save the settings.
Step 3: Restart Device
Congratulations! Your device is now configured and ready to stream all the channels and content available through your IPTV subscription.
